Nikki Haley did not hold back when Bret Baier asked her about former Secretary of State John Kerry “undermining” the Trump administration.

Haley spoke with Baier in a wide-ranging interview Wednesday. Baier asked, “What’s next with President Trump’s Iran policy and specifically about allegations that former Secretary of State John Kerry and perhaps others are trying to undermine that policy?”

Kerry has admitted to meeting with Iranian leaders to discuss paths around Trump policy.

Haley hit back at Kerry’s shadow diplomacy with Iran, saying, “Iran is absolutely the spoiler in Syria. We see they are trying to be a threat to Israel. They are creating proxy wars all over the Middle East. That’s all the reason we got out of the Iran deal. We put sanctions back on them, we are going to hit their oil, we’re going to hit their foreign banks, and they’re really going to start to feel it. I think, at the end of the day, what you’re seeing is, nothing is going to fix Iran until Iran fixes itself.”

Baier asked about Kerry reportedly telling the Iranians to “wait this president out.”

“They can wait him out but this president is what saved us with this policy,” Haley said, “Iran is feeling the pain, they feel weak and we are suffocating them to the point that they have to address ballistic missiles. They have to address their support on terrorism.”

Haley said the administration is concerned with the Iranian people but “at the end of the day, we can’t allow them to have any nuclear program.”
