The former Washington, D.C.-area weatherman who dated Julie Swetnick in the 1990s says he wants to sit down with the FBI to tell them what he knows about Swetnick.

Dennis Ketterer says no one has reached out to him since he sent a signed statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday alleging Swetnick told him she enjoyed group sex, and that her father told him she had “psychological problems.”

Swetnick’s attorney Michael Avenatti on Twitter called Ketterer’s allegations “garbage” and a “desperate” move by the GOP.

Ketterer, who ran for congress as a Democrat in the 1996, says his motivates aren’t political, saying, “it was the right things to do.”
He also said he wanted Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s wife to know “the truth at least in this situation.”
Swetnick is the third woman who accused Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct.
