President Donald Trump’s daughter and advisor Ivanka Trump announced that she will not be Nikki Haley’s replacement as Ambassador to the United Nations in a tweet on Tuesday.
It is an honor to serve in the White House alongside so many great colleagues and I know that the President will nominate a formidable replacement for Ambassador Haley. That replacement will not be me.

“It is an honor to serve in the White House alongside so many great colleagues and I know that the President will nominate a formidable replacement for Ambassador Haley. That replacement will not be me,” Ivanka Trump said.
Many pundits speculated Trump could be in the running for the job after Haley resigned earlier today. President Trump himself noted she would be “incredible” in the job if it weren’t for the fact he would be accused of violating nepotism laws by appointing her.
The president announced he anticipates announcing Haley’s replacement within the next few weeks.
