As The Daily Caller’s coverage of the now-defunct liberal listserv Journolist’s 2008 Obamamania campaign grew more intriguing each day this week, a slew of emails hit my inbox asking variations of this: “So, when do you think the P-bomb’s going to drop?” (more)

“Manhattan’s certainly a different world,” Eddie Burke, who’s running for Lieutenant Governor of Alaska, said to me during a recent interview. And he’s right – it most certainly is. Within the first two or three minutes of our conversation, I recognized that down-to-earth quality I don’t see too often in my Manhattan world, one that appeals to me so much in candidates and political figures. He’s just so darn presidential. You better know who I’m talking about . . . because if you don’t, I know whose ass to kick. (more)
Feminism is about a lot more than one’s stand on abortion. It shouldn’t be a single-issue movement or a tribute to collectivism. (more)
As I went to post my column—“Media still afflicted with Palin-OCD”—on Facebook and Twitter this past Tuesday morning, I noticed Sarah Palin’s new Facebook note, “Just When Ya Think It Can’t Get Any More “Interesting”... Welcome, Neighbor!” I couldn’t help but laugh initially at the fact that there it was, the Palin-OCD I was referring to, alive and well right outside the Palin home. But my laughter quickly transformed into nausea. (more)
Well folks, some in the media are still afflicted with Palin-OCD. (more)
My best friend recently joked with me that if I don’t start making more time for rest and relaxation, the government might jump in and put me on a new schedule. It would be funny if it wasn’t in the realm of possibility, given the direction our country is moving in these days. (more)
I had a horrible nightmare last night that America was being run by a far-left ideologue that was spending our money like it grew on trees, cowering before dictators, and promoting government dependency while self-sufficiency and personal responsibility went by the wayside. Oh wait, never mind. (more)
Some women find themselves perpetually drawn to arrogant boyfriends. You know, the ones who remind you regularly how lucky you are to be with them. Some men are mesmerized by the patronizing lady who struts around with her nose in the air and won’t give them the time of day. Some kids can’t help but want to be best friends with the smug student in the back row that drives the teacher crazy with cocky, witty retorts. But the vast majority of Americans don’t want an arrogant President, and to say that our current Commander-in-chief harbors the arrogant chip might be the understatement of the year. (more)
Sarah Palin’s speech at the 2010 Southern Republican Leadership Conference in New Orleans proved one thing for sure: Palin is ready for the next step, whatever it may be. (more)
When the going gets tough, it’s time for straight talk. It’s time to say what needs to be said, without all of the lofty rhetoric. That’s precisely what Sean Hannity does in Conservative Victory: Defeating Obama’s Radical Agenda. (more)
Well, conservatives, its time to put your endurance caps on. We’re on a rocky and challenging road, but America needs us now more than ever. And the fate of your children, grandchildren, and the country we love depends on our commitment, perseverance, and refusal to accept the things we know we can change. (more)
NOW’s commentary on the health care debate isn’t surprising to those well-versed in the organization’s far left rhetoric. Let’s take a quick peek. (more)
Mark Levin’s speech at the Reagan Library on Friday, March 5, 2010, was exactly what I anticipated: intelligent and unapologetically conservative, with just the right amount of comedy. Simply put, he made Ronald Reagan proud. (more)
A majority of the e-mails that hit my inbox this week expressed disheartened sentiments over Scott Brown’s decision to help advance the Senate’s jobs bill. While my readers were primarily focused on what so many of them referred to as Brown’s “betrayal” of their hard work to help him get elected, their disgust with politicians in general was a close second. Planned Parenthood’s latest walk down scandalous lane was brought to light when Live Action’s pro-life student team released an undercover video exposing a Birmingham Planned Parenthood’s violation of Alabama state laws. (more)
