Philip Thompson, is an Associate at Property Rights Alliance (PRA) a Washington, D.C. based organization that partners with over 100 international think tanks advocating for robust property right regimes around the world. At PRA Philip specializes in protecting the rights of innovators to own their own work and exchange it freely; he also supports the International Property Rights Index an annual publication of PRA. Philip holds a BA in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and an MA in International Commerce and Policy, both from George Mason University
