Scott Gaylord is Jennings Professor and Emerging Scholar at Elon University where he teaches and writes on the speech and religion clauses of the First Amendment. He has written amicus briefs for cases in the Third, Sixth, Seventh and Tenth Circuits that challenge the Affordable Care Act’s contraception mandate.
