Heather Michelle Cooksey, who taught English at Tioga High School in central Louisiana, faces a grand total of 13 sex-related charges as a result of her alleged sexual relationship with a student, reports area radio station WWL. It's unclear how old the student is. The local school board accepted the resignation of the 27-year-old teacher on Tuesday.
