According to a spokeswoman for the U.S. Capitol Police, there is currently no active investigation into claims by New York congressman Anthony Weiner that his Twitter and Facebook accounts were “hacked” this past Friday night. Weiner and his spokesman Dave Arnold have both said publicly that it was a hacker, not the congressman, who posted a lewd photograph of a man’s erect penis underneath gray boxer-briefs on Weiner’s official verified Twitter account. He makes no apologies for his “in your face” style, nor should he. That style has won him many victories and many enemies. He seems to occupy the time of a disproportionate number of left-wingers, including many employees of the ultra-left-wing censorship factory called Media Matters. Those “senior fellows” are about to have their weekends ruined as Breitbart moves from the virtual world to the book world with today’s release of Righteous Indignation: Excuse Me While I Save the World (2011 Grand Central Publishing).
