HONOLULU (AP) — Jesper Parnevik is purposely keeping himself out of the loop when it comes to Tiger Woods’ marriage so he won’t get caught saying something he shouldn’t.
Parnevik once employed Woods’ wife, Elin, as a nanny and was responsible for introducing them. The Swedish golfer blasted Woods when allegations of infidelity began to unfold in December, saying he had lost all respect for Woods as a man and a father.
Parnevik said he received a lot of fan mail for not sugarcoating his feelings about Woods, who confessed to extramarital affairs. He says he has an idea whether Woods can salvage his marriage, but he’s keeping that to himself.
