NEW YORK (AP) — DeMar DeRozan of the Toronto Raptors and Eric Gordon of the Los Angeles Clippers will compete in the NBA All-Star Dunk-In competition to determine the fourth spot in the All-Star slam dunk contest.

The NBA announced the participants Thursday after revealing the framework of the Dunk-In contest one day earlier.

DeRozan and Gordon will get two dunks each during halftime of the rookie challenge on Friday, Feb. 12. The winner, chosen by votes on NBA.com and through text messaging, will claim a spot in the marquee event of All-Star Saturday night, to be held this year in Dallas.

The All-Star game is Sunday, Feb. 14 at American Airlines Center.
