The Black Eyed Peas are facing a plagiarism lawsuit over their single ‘Boom Boom Pow’.
Hip-hop star Phoenix Phenom and her associate Manfred Mohr have filed a copyright infringement case against the band, claiming that the song is “virtually identical” to their own track ‘Boom Dynamite’.
