LONDON – US INVESTMENT bank JP Morgan Chase is no longer interested in buying the US unit of RBS Sempra, the commodities arm of troubled Royal Bank of Scotland, The Times newspaper reported on Monday.
JP Morgan has ruled out purchasing the North American assets owing to US President Barack Obama’s plan to clampdown on bank trading, the daily said.
