Conan O’Brien might be the best boss ever.
The funny man is reaching into his own pocket to help some of his former staffers, who got nothing out of his $45 million separation deal, according to TMZ.com.
Sources close to “The Tonight Show” say that nearly 50 stagehands did not receive a severance package from NBC after O’Brien decided to leave the network rather than host “Tonight” in a later time period.
