A violent fight burst out Tuesday afternoon on an AC Transit bus, in downtown Oakland, California. Two men got in an altercation, which another bus passenger caught on tape- leading to it becoming the latest YouTube sensation. According to an AC Transit spokesperson, both men were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The AC Transit bus fight comes just after a report was issued by California and federal transportation officials which detailed how many people who ride public transportation are concerned for their own well-being. Women, overwhelmingly, fear being hurt by fellow commuters.
