JPMorgan Chase has named Anwar Zakkour, a veteran deal-maker, as its new head of technology mergers and acquisitions, according to an internal memorandum obtained by DealBook. (Read it after the jump.)
Mr. Zakkour, who already heads the media and telecom M.&A. practices, will oversee a deal-making combination that is already standard at other investment banks.
