Fans of “The Bachelor” will remember that saccharine sweet conversation hunky star Jake Pavelka had with one of his girlfriends, ex-Hooters waitress Vienna Girardi, about the kind of diamond she would want if they became engaged: Princess cut.
Girardi herself even volunteered that the traditional cut was perfect because, “she’s daddy’s princess.” (Barf!)
So, it should come as no surprise that when “The Bachelor” star/pilot Pavelka landed in front of famed celebrity jeweler Neil Lane he selected two engagement rings for the final rose contenders, one being a princess cut diamond.
We’re thinking Pavelka should have asked Neil Lane if he had a blinged-out tiara handy for Vienna’s all but certain coronation as his chosen one.
