A 32-year-old Philadelphia man was caught in Delaware Saturday afternoon trying to swallow about 50 baggies of cocaine, police said.
New Castle County police said they caught Luis Torres-Martinez drinking from a McDonald’s cup and having a hard time swallowing after he was pulled over for a traffic stop. The traffic stop was one of many police said they did in the Henderson Heights community near Pike Creek Saturday. In total, 20 tickets and 20 warnings were issued, police said.
