Boeing Co., the world’s second- largest commercial-plane maker, plans to record a $150 million charge in the first quarter because of a new law reshaping the U.S. health-care system.
The income tax expense will reduce earnings by 20 cents a share, Chicago-based Boeing said today in a statement. The expense wasn’t included in the forecast issued on Jan. 27, Boeing said.
