Mindy McCready has fired off a nasty threat to the porno company planning to distribute her sex tape — destroy the tape … or her lawyer will unleash hell.
Mindy’s lawyer believes Vivid does not have the right to distribute the tape — which Mindy claims was stolen from her home 3 years ago — and they want Vivid to “destroy” any copies they have of the tape ASAP.
