Teen pregnancy is totally lame. So says Bristol Palin, 19, in a new PSA for the Candie’s Foundation. The teen, who was pregnant during her mum Sarah Palin’s ’08 campaign for the vice presidency, stars in the vid with her 1-year-old son Tripp, whose dad is unemployed Playgirl hunk Levi Johnston.
“What if I didn’t come from a famous family?” Bristol asks in the ad. “What if I didn’t have all these opportunities?” It ends with a shot of Bristol sitting in a bare room. “Believe me, it wouldn’t be pretty,” she says. So, it’s OK for rich teens to have babies?
Bristol, who once said it was unrealistic to ask teens not to have sex, now preaches abstinence. “It’s realistic to ask myself that, because I know I’m not going to until I’m married,” she tells the Associated Press. (But, like, she already did have sex!) “I don’t think anyone realizes how difficult it really is until you actually have a screaming baby in your arms and you’re up all night.”
