Police arrested a man in connection to flashing a laser light at a National Guard helicopter patrolling the city of Camden along with members of the Camden Police.
Nelson Villalobos Jr., 32, has been is facing Interference with Transportation charges in connection to the April 8 incident.
Villalobos is accused of repeatedly flashing a green laser light at National Guard Air 1 helicopter, which blinded the pilot causing him difficulty in flying the air craft.
