OAKLAND – Alex Rodriguez, the man once involved in the infamous “Ha!” play in Toronto, found himself in the middle of another controversy Thursday.
But A’s pitcher Dallas Braden didn’t think this one was a laughing matter.
The Oakland southpaw took exception to A-Rod cutting across the diamond and stomping on the pitcher’s mound and the rubber while returning to first base after a Robinson Cano foul ball in the sixth inning.
