CUMMING, Ga. – A Georgia man is facing misdemeanor battery charges after investigators say he allegedly bit two 8-year-old girls– one on the hip and the other on her calf.
Forsyth County Sheriff Ted Paxton says 44-year-old Gordon Kent Nelson of Cumming turned himself in on Tuesday morning. He is charged with biting the girls on two separate incidents. One, Paxton says, took place on March 29 of this year, and the other happened in August 2009.
