A 23-year-old man who was tossed out of the Seagrape Cafe early Saturday was arrested at his home on drug charges after he called 911 multiple times to inquire about his “rights,” police said today.

Police said Gregory Pascale, who rents a home on Reef Road, had created trouble in the Reef Road bar and was evicted by bouncers. After he got home, an intoxicated Pascale, who felt he had been threatened at the Seagrape, called 911 to inquire about his rights but was incoherent and dispatchers couldn't understand what he was saying, police said.
