At 5 feet 8 inches tall and 132 pounds, Hooters waitress Cassie Smith is well within a normal weight range. But she’s claiming these measurements simply aren’t good enough for her employer.
Smith says that Hooters put her on ‘weight restriction.’ During an evaluation about her uniform, the twenty-year-old says two women who worked at the Atlanta headquarters hinted that she needed to lose some weight.
Smith, who works at the Roseville, Mich., Hooters, says the women gave her a free 30-day membership to a gym and gave her 30 says to lose weight or risk losing her job.
