Revenge over a two-year-old stabbing led to the clubbing death of a Calgary man with a toilet tank lid, a prosecutor said Tuesday.
Crown lawyer Susan Pepper, in her opening address in a Court of Queen’s Bench trial, said Tyler Lee Nolet believed Kenneth “Kenny” Wong had stabbed him.
“The Crown contends that the defendant was motivated by nothing other than revenge and a sense of street justice,” Pepper told Justice Bryan Mahoney.
