Adam B. Wheeler, 23, of Delaware, was arraigned in an alleged scam that would impress even Leonardo DiCaprio’s character in “Catch Me If You Can.”
He is accused of forging documents for admittance into Harvard University and receiving tens of thousands of dollars in grants and scholarships. Wheeler pleaded not guilty to 20 counts of larceny, identity fraud, and other charges. He was ordered held on $5,000 cash bail. Click through this gallery for some back story on Wheeler.
