A vehicle was stopped Tuesday at Fort Bragg that was believed to have explosives in it. The All American Freeway traffic was diverted to Santa Fe Drive until just after 12:30, according to Fayetteville police spokesman Sgt. John Somerindyke.

The explosive disposal team was called when a 50-year-old mortar round was found in the vehicle. The officials were not sure if the round was live. The Fort Bragg police are questioning the driver of the vehicle.
