Dysentery, mercenaries, and just missing out on visiting hell

James Brabazon’s new book, My Friend the Mercenary, charts his transition from a guy who took photos of horrific war zones to a guy who made films while being shot at, was tracked by death squads, and was nearly involved in one of last decade’s most prolific political clangers.
