A Jamaica Plain man was arrested after allegedly shoving a bag of dog feces into a Brookline police officer’s face, our news partner Wicked Local/Brookline reported.
David Maurer, 59, was arrested last week and charged with assault and battery on a police officer.
The officer reported he saw Maurer walking his dog in Larz Anderson Park and that Maurer did not pick up after his dog as required. Maurer reportedly said he would, but did not.
