JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – A man accused of not telling more than 100 sexual partners that he had HIV decided to change his plea in court on Wednesday.
Tony Perkins asked the judge to set aside the guilty plea he initially gave when he appeared before a judge for the first time.
Perkins faces 16 criminal charges for not telling women he had sex with that he has HIV.
