Sandra Bullock surprises ‘Nashville Rising’ benefit concert crowd with her awesome musical skills [VIDEO]

Sandra Bullock does seem to be getting back to normal — her normal joking self, that is, though she rolled it into the shape of a “musical contribution” Tuesday night at “Nashville Rising: A Benefit Concert for Flood Recovery.”

She hit the stage with a guitar, and a mission to “bring the house down.” Or maybe, given the extent of her musical skills, simply to bring onto the stage one of the night’s hosts, Faith Hill.

“I would like to introduce an amazing woman, an extraordinarily talented woman, a disgustingly beautiful woman,” Bullock said after plucking out the opening notes of “Smoke on the Water,” “and the woman that is one half of who made tonight possible, ladies and gentlemen.”

“Nashville Rising,” the brain child of Hill and her husband, Tim McGraw, raised about $2 million for relief organizations assisting with recovery from flooding that hit Tennessee in early May.
