Sister tries to cut brother’s throat in butter vs. margarine melee

​A 17-year-old Waterville girl was making mac and cheese when her brother asked her if she was using real butter. When she told the 21-year-old that no, she was using margarine, the two got into an enlightened debate over the relative merits of the churned stuff versus the chemical substitute. Or, as the Wenatchee World puts it, a “culinary argument.”

We’re not sure who won the battle. But based on the police report, it’s clear who won the war.
