A man wearing a dress and high heels was arrested Friday on allegations of stabbing another man with a kitchen knife, Ocala police said.
Garnett Alexander Stevens, 20, was arrested on a charge of attempted murder in the stabbing of 23-year-old Joseph Benjamin Devlin.
