A Hastings dentist is accused of personally using nitrous oxide while working on patients and allowing his son and his son’s friends to use the gas while his office was closed.
Christopher Tomczyk, 45, turned himself in to authorities July 7.
He has been arraigned on two felony counts of intentionally falsifying/altering medical records, one misdemeanor charge of prohibited use of chemical agents and one misdemeanor charge of distributing nitrous oxide.
