Mary Hart out at ‘ET’ after next season

Mary Hart, the leggy co-anchor of “Entertainment Tonight” for the past 28 years, has decided to quit the show after next season, when “ET” will celebrate its 30th anniversary, sources tell Page Six. Hart — who’s interviewed everyone from President Obama to Paul McCartney and Tom Hanks, and befriended many of them — evolved from America’s sweetheart to pop-culture icon. “She has defined entertainment news. There’s no one like her,” said an insider. “She hasn’t decided what she’ll do next.”
