Rachel Maddow is moving on up – and downtown.
The MSNBC host is ditching her 275 sq.-ft. Manhattan apartment for a more plush pad – specifically R.E.M. lead singer Michael Stipe’s apartment in the West Village, reports the real estate blog Curbed.com.
Maddow, 37, who also shares home with girlfriend Susan Mikula in Massachusetts, where they spend their weekends, reportedly purchased the downtown digs for $1.25 million.
