A longtime “Dancing With the Stars” staffer laughingly said Tuesday, “It looks like this could be our biggest year of divas [on the show] — and I think it will be the men!”
Apparently, even from the earliest negotiations with Michael Bolton, David Hasselhoff, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and ex-NBA player Rick Fox, it has been those male contenders for the crystal ball trophy who have made the most demands.
According to my source, Bolton was the guy “showing off the biggest ego” with various demands, but “the other guys mentioned would also fall into the crybaby category … complaining about schedules, choices of their professional dancing partners and other training issues.
“But that said, I think it will make for the best television when we show the rehearsal videos,” added the source.
“And I thought it couldn’t get any worse than Kate Gosselin!”
