It’s the red carpet faux pas every celebrity tries to avoid – turning up at a premiere wearing the exact same dress as another guest.
But, as Sigourney Weaver and Jamie Lee Curtis arrived to promote their new film last night clad in identical, asymmetric teal David Meister dresses, there was more hilarity than embarrassment.
Because the veteran screen sirens were recreating a scene in their new romcom, You Again, in which they play a pair of old high school rivals who come face to face once more.
Look away now if you haven’t guessed already, but in the film the pair’s characters turn up to a wedding in identifcal pink dresses.
