I was a fan of his ever since he was a regular panelist on Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn. He was always the smartest guy in the room, which admittedly isn’t saying much because it was Tough Crowd. But still. Here he is destroying Denis Leary (about 3:30 into the clip):
