FREDERICK, Md. – Maryland State Police are investigating a body found inside of a box that was on the side of I-70 in Frederick Tuesday morning.
A State Highway Administration maintenance crew was working alongside I-70 west near Braddock Mountain when they spotted a box near a wooded area by the shoulder.
