“Jersey Shore” star Jenni “Jwoww” Farley’s lawyer sent a letter to her former business manager/boyfriend Thomas Lippolis, informing him that final payment was being prepared for him and that he may be in possession of nude photos of the reality TV star, according to a new report.
The letter informs Lippolis, who filed a $700,000 breach-of-contract lawsuit against busty brunette, that a final payment was being prepared for him and that “It has come to [Jwoww’s] attention that you may be in possession of certain photos of her that may be derogatory to her image and in violation of her contract with MTV,” according to TMZ.com.
Sources told TMZ that the nude photos of Farley are included in the material being requested of Lippolis and that despite the demands being made by her attorneys, nothing has been exchanged yet.
