Hats off to a German woman who agreed to give birth in a magnetic-resonance imaging scanner at Berlin’s Charite Hospital.
She allowed doctors to take the first-ever MRI images of childbirth.
This new technology will allow doctors to study birth in greater detail and understand why a growing number of women end up having cesarean sections. In the United Stations, 30 percent of births end in a c-section.
