Nicole Richie is planning a small wedding with many old friends, including Paris Hilton, cut from the guest list. Richie will wed rocker Joel Madden on Saturday at her dad Lionel Richie’s Beverly Hills estate. Nicole, said to be wearing a Marchesa dress, is planning an intimate affair with guests including Samantha Ronson and Christina Aguilera.
A source told us, “Nicole’s wedding will be super small, and a lot of people who have played a role in her life like Paris have been cut from the guest list. She’s keeping the dress a secret and hasn’t even told her bridesmaids who the designer is. Christina, who ironically is going through a divorce, will be performing a song. She has been a good friend and wants to be there for Nicole.” A rep for Hilton, who’s busy filming a reality show, declined to comment, and Nicole’s rep didn’t get back to us.
