He’s been wrapped around her finger for years.
While romance is nice, after 18 years of marriage — and nearly 30 years together — Upper West Siders Sting and Trudie Styler tell the latest edition of Harper’s Bazaar that the R-word plays second fiddle.
“Romantic?” says Sting, 59, “We like ‘tawdry.’ ”
Both have careers that keep them apart for several weeks a year: Sting is on the last leg of his “Symphonicity” tour, in which he performs his hits with a full orchestra. Documentary filmmaker Styler, 57, is returning to acting.
But that just makes reuniting sweeter.
