Playboy is coming to Apple’s iPad, and despite Apple Chief Steve Jobs’s commitment to “free[ing] the world from porn,” the magazine’s app won’t censor ladies’ naughty bits.

Playboy founder and Chief Executive Hugh Hefner announced the good news after a Twitter user asked if Playboy would be censored on the iPad as it is on the iPhone. “Playboy on the iPad will be uncensored,” Hefner tweeted back.

Playboy for iPad, which launches in March, will include the magazine’s complete archive, Business Insider reported. In December 2009, Playboy launched the iPhone app, which, to stay consistent with the Apple store’s adult content policy, does not contain any full nude content. Playboy has not yet released a price for the Playboy for iPad app, but the iPhone app rate is currently $0.99.
