A 22-year-old man was killed in a workplace accident Monday — crushed after falling into a mixer at a Brooklyn tortilla factory, police said.
The worker fell into a waist-high tub that was mixing dough about 2:25 a.m. at the Tortilleria Chinantla on Grand St. in Williamsburg.
