Russian news agency Interfax reported Monday that at least 31 people have died in an apparent suicide bombing inside Moscow’s Domodedovo Airport, the busiest in Russia.  At least 130 people were wounded in the blast and 20 are in critical condition according to the Russian Health Ministry.

The bombing is reported to have taken place inside the luggage section of the international arrivals section of the airport. As emergency services arrive on the scene, police are evacuating Moscow’s subways in an effort to prevent follow-up attacks.  The Russian Investigative Committee has ruled the bombing a terrorist attack, as reported by Russia Today.
