The president was in Virginia today, speaking once again to a college-aged crowd about his plans to “invest” in tons more really important stuff but also cut the deficit.
CBS’s Mark Knoller reported on the event.

Every time I hear him say “winning the future,” I think of the “fetch” scene from “Mean Girls.”
