Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval has targeted Sept. 13 for a special election for Nevada’s Congressional District 2, a House seat soon to be vacated by Rep. Dean Heller.
Heller has been appointed to the U.S. Senate. He will succeed John Ensign, who announced his resignation last week.
